Join the walkthrough remotely or arrange an alternative. With the value insight option, review the supporting market evidence and estimate with Darren. For auction support, Darren attends and bids within your instructions, then assists with post-auction negotiation if needed.

The walkthrough provides visual observations of accessible areas. It does not replace a specialist building, pest, pool or fire and smoke alarm inspection. Any opinion of value is an estimate based on available evidence, rather than a formal valuation.
Specialist services—including building and pest inspections, pool safety and certification inspections, and smoke alarm compliance checks—are arranged and paid for separately. These specialist costs are not included in Darren’s service fee. Darren can provide referrals to suitable professionals where required. Any recording or filming is subject to the necessary consent.
